SEPTEMBER 21st 2013 8:00 A.M. ROME, GA GET READY FOR THE 27th ANNUAL EVENT! 2012 was a banner year for the Roman Rumble 5K and 2 Mile Health walk with 360 participating in the events. We'd love to carry the momentum into 2013 with another great turnout. The events take place in Ridge Ferry Park utilizing a paved path along the scenic Oostanaula River. The 2 Mile Health Walk and USATF certified 5K course follow separate routes that are mostly flat with a few rolling hills. The Roman Rumble is a benefit event with
net proceeds going to the Harbor House of Rome, a child advocacy
agency. Last year we donated $6,100 to the charity. The Roman Rumble is presented by the Rome Runners Club, is part of the Run and See Georgia Grand Prix Series, the Harbin Cup Racing Series and is an RRCA event.
